Tannaz Mohtarez - Corporate Lawyer
Tannaz Mohtarez has been working as a lawyer since 2007. She graduated in Civil and Business Law at Leiden University. She is specialized in corporate and commercial law and more specific in mergers and acquisitions. Tannaz has deepened her knowledge through the Finance Master course for M&A Lawyers at Nyenrode Business University and the Mergers & Acquisitions specialization course at VU Amsterdam.
She has extensive experience as a senior lawyer within mid-sized and large and renowned law firms, including De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek and HVG. She has advised many national and international entrepreneurs in various aspects of corporate and commercial law.
Since 2015 Tannaz established her own law firm, today continuing under the brand name, LegalFront. As an independent corporate lawyer Tannaz is a valuable advisor to the Board of Lakeside Capital Partners.
