Maurits Regenboog - Partner
Maurits Regenboog graduated in 1984 in Business Economics at Erasmus University in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. He started his career at AMRO Bank, predecessor of ABN AMRO in international corporate banking, corporate finance and M&A advisory.
From 1990 onwards Maurits set-up a new Japanese Bank in Amsterdam, namely Sanwa Bank. Currently part of Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi. He was responsible for business development with mainly the 100 largest corporates in the Netherlands.
In 1994 he became Director of BHF Bank, in Frankfurt, responsible for business development in the Benelux and consultant to Charterhouse Bank, in London, at the time a 50% subsidiary of BHF Bank. Focus of the activities were corporate finance, M&A advisory, acquisition finance and private equity.
Maurits has a broad range experience, including corporate restructurings and turn-around investments. He works closely together in this field with Gordon Brothers, Boston and London.
Furthermore he is an Ambassador for P Capital Partners, in Stockholm, a large European debt provider and Industry Advisor to private equity investor Volpi Capital in London.
After a long prior period of collaboration he joined Lakeside Capital Partners in 2024 as a Partner, with focus on M&A, corporate finance and investments.
