A consortium led by Lakeside Capital Partners has sold Anders Medical Factoring’s client base to HAL Investments’ subsidiary Infomedics. Due to the changing and challenging market conditions parties acknowledge the importance of joining forces in order to continue to offer high-quality healthcare factoring services through Infomedics’s factoring platform. The transaction has effectively taken place in the course of April 2024.

Anders Medical Factoring operates in the healthcare factoring business in the Netherlands, especially in the oral care since 2014. It provides its clients with debtor management including invoices collection and submitting claims to various health insurers. This completely reliefs medical professionals to focus on their core business of medical treatments, not only with regard to dealing with debtors, but also by taking over debtor risk.

Infomedics has developed into the leading healthcare factoring provider in the Netherlands. More than €4,3 billion of healthcare invoice volume is processed annually. The activities are provided to more than 7,500 healthcare providers in oral care, paramedical care, mental health care, medical aids (hearing specialists/opticians) and medical specialist care. Infomedics has over 300 employees and is located in Almere.
