Lakeside Capital Partners has sold its subsidiary Direct IT’s client base to DynaLinx. DynaLinx and Direct IT believe that the client base of Direct IT fits the portfolio of Dynalinx very well and the clients can benefit from a broad range proposition including IT and telecommunication services. Direct IT and Dynalinx were already working closely together, hence the client base of Direct IT was serviced for telecommunication through the platfom of Dynalinx. The transaction has effectively taken place May 1^st 2024.

Management believes in a sector dedicated strategy and therefore Direct IT Solutions is mainly focused on services for the healthcare industry as a managed service provider (MSP) in the Netherlands.
